Stephen is the Head of the Academic Quality, Standards and Conduct Team. He is responsible for providing guidance and direction to colleagues across the University on matters relating to quality assurance and enhancement and ensuring the University is compliant with quality assurance and regulatory frameworks.
Mark and Rachel are responsible for the quality and standards at the University's international teaching partners. Mark works with Lancaster University Ghana and Lancaster University Leipzig. Rachel works with Sunway University and Lancaster University College at Beijing Jiaotong University.
Rachel is the faculty liaison officer for Lancaster University Management School, undergraduate.
Mark is the faculty liason officer for Faculty of Health and Medicine.
Claire and Andrew are responsible for quality and standards at our regional teaching partners. Claire works with Blackpool and The Fylde College and University Academy 92 (UA92). Andrew works with Blackburn College.
Andrew also services the Collaborative Provision Subcommittee.
Martin and Mathew are responsible for maintaining and updating the University's Manual of Academic Regulations and Procedures (MARP). Martin services the Academic Standards & Quality Committee and the PGR Regs and Policies Group, and monitors activity around professional, statutory, and regulatory bodies. Mathew services the Standing Committee for Academic Regulations and the Apprenticeships Sub-Committee.
Martin has oversight of the work carried out around academic appeals and academic integrity.
Martin is faculty liaison officer for the Faculty of Science & Technology and Mat is the faculty liaison officer for Lancaster University Management School, postgraduate.

Sarah is responsible for the quality and standards of Frontline, our postgraduate social work teaching partnership, and is faculty liaison officer for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
Cara is the Ofsted nominee for the University's apprenticeship programmes. Cara also services the Collaborative Provison Subcommittee.
Steve oversees the Stage 1 academic appeals process for undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is also the Secretary of Standing Academic Committee.
Becky delivers assistance across the department, providing support for our programme consultants and regional teaching partners and our external examiners for our degree programmes.
Suzanne, Paula and Geoff work within their respective faculties to coordinate and manage quality assurance and enhancement. They work closely with the Academic Standards and Quality team.
Suzanne is the QAEM for FASS, Paula is the QAEM for LUMS and Geoff is the QAEM for FST and FHM.
