Business Strategy Support
The business strategy programme is a blend between two full day workshops, online learning and one-to-one bespoke business support. Throughout you will be working in small groups and partaking in online modules to provide an overview of the current cyber technologies. You will also use models and tools to evaluate how these can be applied to your business to increase business growth, stability and security. There is no cost to participating companies as the workshops are fully funded by Lancaster University, European Regional Development Fund and Northern Powerhouse. Workshops will be held in various locations across Lancashire.

Workshops
These workshops focus on giving you an understanding of the strategic landscape, giving your business clear plan of action, access and connections to key supporting organisations including finance, further business development and technical support, and connections to a wider deep trust network of other SMEs

Online Learning
The online learning portal gives you access to several business security focused modules such as cyber essentials, a business innovation audit, absorptive capacity audit and identifying external driving forces. Typically a module takes 30 minutes to complete but can have long term impact on your business.

One-to-One Support
As well as the workshops and online learning there will be opportunities throughout the programme to meet with our highly experienced business team who can give you bespoke cyber and digital advice. Particularly around what to do next for your business.
