A coaching apprenticeship may be for you.
This is an exciting development opportunity for any staff interested in developing their coaching skills. A fast track, 14 or 15 month, online Coaching Apprenticeship is available.
OCM is one of the providers offering the apprenticeship.
OCM
OCM offer a full programme over 14 months and a fast-track programme over 12 months. They offer a digitally supported, blended learning programme.

To apply you will first need to complete the online eligibility checker - this include an initial skills scan of the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours needed to develop as a professional coach doing this apprenticeship. Once completed you will automatically be registered onto the Learning Pathway to complete your enrolment.
