As the initial lockdown restrictions introduced through COVID-19 are eased and we start to navigate new working rhythms, workplace health and wellbeing has arguably never been more important.

The Work Foundation’s Health at Work Policy Unit conducts research and analysis to shape policy recommendations on contemporary issues around health, wellbeing and work. Now in its fifth year, the Unit is an established source of expertise and intelligence on workplace wellbeing.
