Hi, I’m Jade and I am a fourth-year exchange student in County College. I was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada where the weather is quite similar to the UK (see above: fog overtaking my trip to Edinburgh). I usually attend the University of British Columbia where I study Marketing and International Business, but while I’m at Lancaster University, I’m studying English and Creative Writing!

I’m really passionate about social and environmental sustainability, mental health awareness, and a bunch of random nerdy things like Harry Potter and esports! As such, in my free time, I enjoy reading and playing video games (or watching other people play them!) as well as writing and creating little videos of my adventures here at Lancaster.

While I’m here, you’ll most often find me exploring Europe, attending as many LU events as I can, or cafe hopping around town.
