Jean-David is HR Manager at the World Business Could for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). The WBCSD are a global CEO-led organization of over 200 leading businesses working together to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world and showing that business cares about sustainability.
Whilst at Lancaster Jean-David shared rich insights with our postgraduate students studying Human Resource Management or Human Resources and Consulting. Having worked in the field for the past decade, he shared his experiences from working for global and multi-lingual organisations and insights into flexible, pro-active HR service, recruitment, training, talent management processes and employee lifecycle best practice.

In addition, Jean-David spoke about career opportunities at the WBCSD in an open session to all students organised in conjunction with our Lancaster University Career’s teams. The session was well attended by students from different disciplines and levels.
